VANITY

 I have drank greedily

 from the gourd of auspicious desires

 Slept nude on the breasts of  frivolities.

 I have even dined on the table pride

with men of esoteric foresight.

 Lo! I tell you all is vanity upon vanity

 & a strike after the wind. 

Vanitas vanitatum, omnia vanitas” 

Vanity of vanities, all is vanity.
